Yoga Classes With Cathy Day.
After completing her B.A. in Kinesiology and Sociology of Health and Aging at the University of Western Ontario in 2006, Cathy traveled to India and Nepal to pursue her passion for yoga. There she met her guru in the Himalayas, and through an intensive, one-on-one training program, she became a Hatha Yoga instructor.
She now enjoys sharing this truly enlightening experience with her clients as she offers a taste of the original yoga from the East. Cathy is also a certified Reiki practitioner, is pursuing further education in Shiatsu therapy, and is the owner of Awear Eco-boutique.

Let us inspire your yoga practice with Canadian made yoga wear. We can equip you with everything you'll need whether you're practicing yoga at home or at the studio.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga includes the practice of postures, meditation, breathing, and relaxation. Cathy teaches Hatha Vinyasa which is an up-beat flowing practice with focus on uniting movement and breath. See Class times to join in a Vinyasa practice.
Weight Management. Yoga may prevent middle-age weight gain.
Private Yoga
Private Yoga is ideal for those who would like to deepen their practice, work with pre-existing injuries, are new to yoga, or would like an individualized program for practicing at home.
Rates: $65-$75 per 1.5 hr session

Thursday at 9:15 am -10:30 am Gentle Yoga
Sunday 9:30 am -10:45 am Hatha Vinyasa for all levels.
